These writ petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to quash the order passed by the Karnataka State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Appeal No.110-113/17 dated 04.11.2017 vide Annexure-D thereby confirming the order passed by the RTA, Vijayapura in subject dated 27.04.2017 vide Annexure-A, A1, A2 and A3 and etc.

O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 fairly submits that in view of the notification dated 07.03.2019 issued by the Government of Karnataka, the application filed by respondent No.2 seeking for fresh grant does not survive for consideration.
