Order on Civil Misc. Correction Application No. 2 of 2018.
This application is preferred to have correction in the order dated 25 September 2018.
It is stated that in the order aforesaid, the year of LL.B examination has been erroneously shows as 1st year LL.B whereas the issue relates to paper No. 4 and 7 of 1st year LL.B examination.
Be that as it may, under the order dated 25 September 2018 it is kept open to the appellant to submit a representation/application to the respondent No.5 ventilating his grievance and as such if any error is occurred in the order concerned that would not come in disposal of the representation/application on merits. As such no correction is required.
The respondent No. 5 shall consider the representation submitted by the petitioner by taking into consideration the averments made therein.
