ORDER Petitioner herein is seeking a writ of mandamus to 2nd respondent to consider his application for effecting mutation in the name of the petitioner vide Annexure-A dated 11.7.2000.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Advocate. Perused the application dated 11.7.2000. On going through the same it is seen that though the said application is dated 11.7.2000 till today the 2nd respondent has not passed any order thereon. In that view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
Learned Additional Government Advocate is permitted to file memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
