Noormohammad vs State

Shri Prabhav A. Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a separate petition in respect of each piece of land so as to avoid the present mistake of multiplicity of proceedings.

Permission as sought for is granted. The matter is disposed of, as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No costs.
