Petitioner's husband was employed in Nagar Palika Parishad, Basti and died on 30.06.2019. Grievance is with regard to non release of retiral benefits to the petitioner.
Pursuant to the previous order passed learned counsel for the respondent Nagar Palika Parishad states that all other dues except arrears of pension have been paid. Prayer is made to grant three months' further time to the respondents to clear off withheld amount towards arrears of pension.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to ensure that withheld amount towards arrears of pension is released to petitioner within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order.
