Order on Crl. Misc. Modification Application No. 5 of 2018 Abdul Mazid, Advocate holding brief of Sri N.I. Jafri, learned counsel for the appellant and Sri J.P. Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State are present.
Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though the appellant was granted bail by this Court subject to the condition that he shall furnish one personal bond and two surety (One should be of the family members) and the appellant has father, mother and brother but they do not have land, hence, the order may be modified to the extent that the appellant be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties (one should be of his close relative) each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
Accordingly, the modification application is disposed of.
