The Correction Application has been filed with a prayer that all the original vakalatnamas were ordered to be sent for verification whereas in the order dated 22.07.2021, only the vakalatnama dated 24.01.2021 had been ordered to be sent for verification.
Under such circumstances, the order dated 22.07.2021 is being corrected to the extent that the paragraph-4 of the order dated 22.7.2021 be deleted and the following paragraph be read as paragraph no.4.
"The Registry to send the original vakalatnamas of the petitioners which have been filed on 24.01.2021 and 13.02.2021 and the original short counter affidavit which was filed by the Respondent No.6 on 24.01.2021, to the Collector, Basti so that he may compare the signatures of the petitioners made in the vakalatnamas filed on 24.01.2021 and 13.02.2021 with the signatures which are to be found in the vakalatnamas which have been annexed with the short counter affidavit. The vakalatnamas and the short counter affidavit shall be sent in sealed cover."
