Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and perused the record.
The instant petition seeks quashing of the First Information Report dated 15.8.2019 registered as Case Crime No. 572/2019 under Sections 323, 504, 506, 354 I.P.C. and 7/8 POCSO Act P.S. Khalilabad, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
The allegations made in the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offences. Therefore, the prayer of the petitioner to quash the First Information Report cannot be accepted.
Hence, the petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to apply for bail or anticipatory bail as may be advised.
