The petitioner's application for demarcation was rejected saying that the plot no. 634 was an abadi. This writ petition has been filed with an allegation that wrong finding has been given.
Learned Standing Counsel, however, submits that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of filing an Appeal under Section 24 (4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that if an Appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today then the same shall, without going into the question of limitation, be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
