The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to direct the Additional Sessions Judge, Hapur to decide the proceedings of criminal appeal no.11 of 2015 (Noor Hasan Vs. State of U.P.), under Sections 279, 338, 304A IPC, P.S. Babugarh, District Hapur.
The applicant has been convicted for the offence under Sections 279, 338, 304A IPC. The applicant has preferred criminal appeal no.11 of 2015 (Noor Hasan Vs. State of U.P.), which is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Hapur.
Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant is a driver and on account of pendency of criminal appeal, he is not able to attend his duties properly.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the court below is directed to decide the criminal appeal no.11 of 2015 (Noor Hasan Vs. State of U.P.) expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The application is disposed of.
