In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to the respondent.
The petitioners have preferred the present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Court No.7 Firozabad to decide the Misc. Case No.175 of 2016 (Firoz Khan Vs. Rasheedan Begum) expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the court below to consider and decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a self attested computer generated copy of this order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad but certainly after giving opportunity to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
