Heard Sri Vipul Shukla, holding brief of Z.A. Siddiqui, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri , Sanjay Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the impugned FIR as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioners with a prayer to direct the respondent nos. 1 to 5 to ensure the fair investigation of Case Crime No.23 of 2018, under Sections 326A, 498A I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Lohata, District Varanasi and to arrest the accused persons.
It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the informant of the present case and he has come up before this Court with a prayer that direction be given to respondent nos.1 to 5 for fair investigation in the matter as he apprehends that investigation is not being carried out in a fair and proper manner.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, we direct the Investigating Officer of the present case to conclude the investigation of the present case and submit a police report before the Magistrate concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
It is further directed that the S.S.P..,Varanasi shall supervise the investigation and ensure that the same is completed speedly without any undue delay.
With the above directions this petition is finally disposed of.
