Learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer to decide stay application dated 05.12.2018 pending before the District & Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection with the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
In view of prayer made above and in the interest of justice, the District & Sessions Judge, Kanpur Nagar is directed to consider and decide stay application dated 05.12.2018 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of one month from today.
The instant writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
