JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is to permit the petitioner to appear for the semester examinations that was scheduled to commence from 16th October, 2012. Apparently the date of the examination has expired. Hence, no further order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs.
