JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners are autorikshaw drivers who were aggrieved by no parking space having been allotted to them by the Municipality. The petitioners have issued a notice as against the Regional Transport Authority produced at Ext.P1. 2. In the above circumstances, there shall be a direction to the petitioners to file a proper representation before the RTA, who shall consider the same as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.
The writ petition is disposed of leaving the parties to suffer their respective costs.
