The petitioner had approached this Court complaining about the inaction on the part of the first respondent in passing appropriate orders pursuant to notice dated 10.12.2013 by way of Ext.P11. According to the petitioner, though he had filed his objection to Ext.P11 notice, no orders had been passed so far. 2. The facts involved in the case would disclose that the petitioner was granted permission by way of Ext.P9 for conversion of certain item of land which he has done. Due to passage of time when it was found that certain portion of the reclaimed land was sinking the petitioner attempted to fill up the said area and at this point of time Ext.P11 came to be issued.
3. Since the petitioner is armed with Ext.P9 order, according to the petitioner, there is no justification on the part of the revenue authorities to have interfered in the matter.

Learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that though notice had been issued on account of the election W.P.C.No.13498 OF 2014 2 process being carried out, the first respondent was unable to pass appropriate orders in the matter. The petitioner had already submitted Ext.P13 statement before the first respondent.
Under these circumstances, I am of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of as follows.
First respondent shall pass final orders pursuant to Ext.P11 notice after hearing the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
