The petitioner, the owner of stage carriage No. KL- 10/K-3420 applied for temporary permit on the route Kondotty-Kunnathupalam touching Valiyaparamba in the vacancy of stage carriage No. KL-10/R-7390. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to direct the respondent to grant and issue temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage No.KL-10/K-3420 on the route Kondotty-Kunnathupalam touching Valiyaparamba in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No. KL-10/R-7390.

If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No. KL-10/R-7390 is still in existence and no other person having better claim has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of W.P.(C) No.25891 of 2014 - J 2 four months duration within one week from the date of production of a copy of this judgment by passing
preferential claim if any.
The writ petition is disposed of.
