Heard Mr.S.Vinayak, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order 10.08.2015 in W.P.(MD)No.14224 of 2015 has been complied by issuing proceedings dated 02.10.2016.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.
