The prayer in the writ petition is for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the letter No.37/2010 dated 09.08.2010 passed by the 3rd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay subsistence allowance for the period from 30.04.2010 to 14.05.2010 and 29.05.2010 to 03.06.2010 and full salary for the period from 15.05.2010 to 28.05.2010 and 04.06.2010 to till dates after regularising the above period.

3.The learned counsel for the third respondent School has submitted, on instructions, that the subsistence allowance for the period, for which, the present writ petition has been filed, has already been paid to the petitioner and all the suspension periods covering under the prayer of the writ petition has also been regularised and the petitioner got reinstated and is now working.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that in view of the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the third respondent School, suitable orders can be passed.
5.Considering the said submissions made by both sides that the prayer sought for in the writ petition has already been accomplished by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of without any further order, as no further order is required to be passed at this juncture. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
