JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that MP.MD.No.1 of 2015 in W.A.(MD)No.992 of 2015 has been filed against the order made in W.P.(MD)No.10595 of 2010, wherein interim stay has also been granted.
2. Considering the above-stated facts and circumstances, this contempt petition is closed, however with liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in the event of his success in the writ appeal. No costs.
