The petitioner, who is presently working as Executive Engineer at Electrical Division, Kalpetta has filed this writ petition mainly for an order directing the respondents to transfer him to a station near to his residence. The main ground put forward is that on account of post-traumatic epileptic fits he is not in a position to travel and therefore, the request in Ext.P3 representation should have been sympathetically considered. In the light of the said submission, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the first respondent to consider the W.P.(C)No.6764 of 2014 2 request made by the petitioner in Ext.P3 representation sympathetically having regard to his medical condition as also the ailment of his mother. Needful in the matter shall be done and appropriate orders passed expeditiously and in any event within two weeks from the date on which the petitioner produces a copy of this judgment along with a copy of the writ petition complete in all aspects before the first respondent.
