JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from anyway using the place in front of the property of the petitioner bearing door no.13, Tiruvanandapuram High Road, Murugankurichi, Palayamkottai in Survey No.862 on the ground that the respondents started digging up two pits just abutting the compound wall of the petitioner's property and there is a plan to put up a pedestrian over-bridge with steps on two sides.
2.Though this Court has entertained this writ petition, no interim order was granted by this Court. Hence, after a lapse of nearly thirteen years, nothing would survive for adjudication in this writ petition and the same is dismissed. No costs.
