The limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, when this matter was taken up for admission, is for a direction to the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection. Ext.P3 is an objection preferred by the petitioner to the timings assigned to the second respondent to operate a stage carriage service.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider Ext.P3 objection within three weeks from today, after affording the petitioner as also the second respondent an opportunity for hearing.
