JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners are empanelled drivers in the service of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (the Corporation). According to them, they are entitled to be regularized in the light of Ext.P11 order of the Government. Exts.P9 and P10 are the representations preferred by the petitioners seeking the benefit of regularization as provided for in Ext.P11 order of the Government. The grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition concerns the inaction on the part of the Corporation in considering the aforesaid representations. W.P.(c).No.38227 of 2016 : 2 :
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as also the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Corporation to consider Exts.P9 and P10 representations preferred by the petitioners in the light of Ext.P11 order of the Government, after affording the petitioners an opportunity of hearing, within two months from today.
