Nizar Ahmed vs The Director General Of Shipping

Madras High Court|28 March, 2017

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The core contention raised by the Writ Petitioner in this writ petition is that his candidature should be approved for training specifically for the academic year between 13.10.2003 and 13.11.2004 in the second respondent's Institution.
2. The relief sought for is to get training more specifically during the academic year of 2003 2004. Now after a lapse of 13 years, such a prayer cannot be considered by this Court and the learned counsel for the writ petitioner is also unable to apprise this Court with regard to the present status of the writ petitioner. Therefore this Court is not inclined to consider the grounds raised in this writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed. No costs.
