1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioner is that his application for correction of revenue records registered as Case No. T202014360404402 (Nizamuddin Vs. State of U.P. & Anr.) filed under Section 32/38 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, has remained pending since 20.1.2020 before respondent no.3/Sub Divisional Officer, Sadar, District - Jaunpur.
3. Without entering the merits, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that time period.
