Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. the applicant has made a prayer to quash the order dated 30.10.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Varanasi in S.T. No. 380 of 2015 arising out of case crime no. 169 of 2015 (State Vs. Nizamuddin and others), u/s 376, 323, 504, 506 IPC, P.S Jansa, District Varanasi.
After going through the record and hearing the arguments of learned counsel for the applicants, I do not find any good reason to interfere into the matter or pass any direction in this regard. Every Trial Judge should make all necessary endeavour to speed up the matter and try to conclude the same as early as possible, as a matter of principle. This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. for this purpose is an exercise in futility and thus rejected.
