J U D G M E N T
In application No.2784 of 2011 filed under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996, by an Order dated 03.12.2012, this Court had referred the matter before the learned Arbitrator in terms of arbitration agreement entered into between the parties. There cannot be two separate decrees, one in the form of award granted by the learned Arbitrator and another by this Court with respect to the same issue. Consequently, the suit is dismissed. No costs.
