JUDGMENT / ORDER

According to the petitioner, he is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.1962/2014 of Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Hosdurg. It seems that this is a case wherein non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner from the court below. It is for the petitioner to surrender before the court below and move for bail. Matters being so, this bail application is not maintainable and hence, it is dismissed. Sd/-
