This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 24.9.2007 passed by the Civil Judge (S.D.)/A.C.J.M., Sant Kabir Nagar in Case No. 8040 of 2015, State versus Janardan & others, arising out of Case Crime No. 607 of 2005, under Sections 379, 411 IPC & Section 57 Rule 3(13) of U.P. Minor Minerals (Concession) Rules, 1963, P.S. Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
The warrants appear to have been issued against the applicant-accused several years back and the applicant is constantly fleeing away from the course of law. There is no good ground to interfere in the coercive measures. The applicant must appear before the court below and must surrender and submit to the jurisdiction of the court.
The application lacks merit and is dismissed.
