Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Om Praksh, learned AGA as well as Sri Azam Lary for the informant.
In paragraph 19 of the affidavit filed in support of the present application, it is averred that the applicant has no previous criminal history and that no case stand registered in any Court of law against him. Sri Azam Lary, learned counsel for the informant however draws the attention of the Court to the FIR registered as Case Crime No. 0437 of 2016 in which the present applicant stands arrayed as accused no. 6.
In that view of the matter, it is manifest that material facts have been suppressed. The petition is consequently dismissed.
