Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
Undisputedly an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. insofar as the present applicant is concerned was disposed of only with the observation that in case he applies for bail, the same shall be decided in light of the decision rendered by the Court in Munawar and 9 others Vs.State of U.P. and another (Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C No. 21679 of 2014).
The Court concerned has after due consideration of the material and evidence refused the application for bail made by the applicant. This exercise of judicial discretion does not amount to contempt.
The petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed.
