Vikram Haligol, Advocate (absent)) …Petitioner ...Respondent This WP is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondent to collect property taxes subsequent to 01.04.2014 and in the alternative to consider the request as per Annexure-J expeditiously and allot suitable alternate site without insisting upon payment of registration charges including stamp duty.

ORDER The plea of the petitioner is for consideration of his representation dated 27.05.2014, vide Annexure-J. Since there has been a long lapse of time, it is only just and appropriate to direct the respondent to consider the same in accordance with law.
2. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off.
The respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 27.05.2014, vide Annexure-J and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
