Present petition is filed by the petitioner for a direction to the court below A.C.J.M. Khurja, District-Bulandshahar, to decide the protest petition no. 710 of 2017, (State Versus Prahlad and Others) in Case Crime No. 0076 of 2016, under sections 307,323,420,467,468,471,504,506 I.P.C., Police Station-Khurja, District-Bulandshahar within stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said protest petition is pending since the year 2017.
Looking into the facts and circumstances of the case,learned A.C.J.M. Khurja, District-Bulandshahar, is directed to consider and decide the protest petition no. 710 of 2017, (State Versus Prahlad and Others) in Case Crime No. 0076 of 2016, under sections 307,323,420,467,468,471,504,506 I.P.C., Police Station-Khurja, District-Bulandshahar, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is placed before him. Learned A.C.J.M. shall not grant any unncessary adjournment to the parties.
With the aforesaid, present petition is disposed.
