1. Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major and they have performed marriage out of their own sweet will on 12.12.2019 at Arya Samaj Temple. The petitioner have also applied for getting their marriage registered.
4. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
5. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Ghiraura, District Mainpuri, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
