The petitioner claims that he is entitled to grace marks in the B.A., L.L.B. Part II year Examination. He has made a representation in this regard.
The matter is remitted to the respondent No.3-Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
A writ of mandamus is issued commanding the respondent No.3-Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra to pass a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner for grant of grace marks in the B.A., L.L.B. Part-II year Examination, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
