Heard Shri Nitinchandra Somanath Raval, the petitioner appearing as party in person.
The party-in-person was asked to satisfy the Court about requirement of considering the provisions of NBC & GDCR at the stage of ordering investigation. The submissions made by the petitioner are not relevant to the subject matter and not based on legal position.
In the above backdrop, the order passed by the learned Magistrate of ordering investigation on 05.09.2011 cannot be said to be in any manner illegal. No further order is required to be passed in the matter.
Accordingly, this application stands disposed of.
