JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.D.V.Shah, learned advocate for the appellant, upon instruction, being received states that the instant Appeal from Order is not pressed at this stage and requests that the Trial Court may be directed to expedite the hearing of the suit and to dispose of the suit within time that may be fixed by this Court.
Request, as prayed for, is granted. The instant Appeal from Order stands disposed of and the Trial Court is directed to expedite the hearing of the Civil Suit No.989 of 2011 and to dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably on or before 31.12.2012.
