By order dated 13th April, 2012 this Court has called the original Case Diary and the same was produced before this Court by the Investigating Officer Mr.R.A. Munshi.
Today this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.1746 of 2012 for joining party has issued Notice making it returnable on 19th June, 2012.
This matter is also now kept on that day. Hence, the original Case Diary is handed over to Mr.Munshi, who is personally present before the Court toady. Mr.Munshi is directed to remain present before the Court on the next date of hearing, i.e. 19th June, 2012, with the original Case Diary.
