Learned advocate Mr. Thakkar for respondent No.1 submitted that in the order aforesaid, at para 5, following observation may be made as under :
"5. Original complainant is permitted to withdraw the amount, which is deposited before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Court No.18, Ahmedabad as well as before the learned Additional Sessions Court, Ahmedabad, in Criminal Appeal No.198 of 2010."
In view of the above, office is directed to issue fresh writ by replacing para 5 as aforesaid in the order dated 22.3.2012. This Speaking to Minutes Notes is disposed of.
