Heard learned advocate for the applicants and it is submitted that transaction in question would reveal that goods were transacted between the Company and the complainant and the Company is not joined as an accused in the complaint impugned.

In the above circumstances, issue Notice returnable on 24.2.2012. Learned APP, waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.2.

Direct service qua respondent No.1 is permitted.
