Considering the nature of dispute involved in all these matters, keeping it open for the petitioners to negotiate with regard to payment of legal dues since the civil suit filed by the accused is also pending before the Civil Court Bangalore, at this stage, the proceedings before the trial court with regard to the impugned proceedings initiated under Negotiable Instruments Act, in each of the petition, shall remain stayed till 17th April, 2012.

Post the matter on 17th April, 2012.
