(In Re: C. M. A. No. 97308 of 2019) Learned counsel for petitioner/ applicant has submitted that in the memo of petition, Police Station Mohammadi has been transcribed in the title of petition, whereas, Crime No. 186 of 2017 is related to the Police Station Gola, District Kheri. Likewise, Police Station Mohammadi, District Kheri has been transcribed in the order dated 08.08.2019.
In view of above, memo of petition be corrected accordingly and the order dated 08.08.2019 also be read over accordingly.
Police Station Mohammadi be deleted and Police Station Gola, District Kheri shall be read over.
The petitioner shall surrender before the trial court immediately within three days, otherwise, he shall be arrested and sent to jail.
Copy of this order be provided to the learned counsel for petitioner/ applicant today.
The correction application stands disposed of.
