In terms of the order passed by this Court on 17.8.2021, the fresh medical report has been furnished by the Standing Counsel under sealed cover. This report has been seen by this Court. The report shows that the petitioner is not suffering from the knock knee. The medical condition which was referred to while non-suiting the petitioner does not exist in view of the medical report furnished today, which is taken on record.
In view of the fact that the medical report does not indicate any disability of the nature referred to against the petitioner, the petition is disposed off with direction upon the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner subject to his fulfilling the other requirements in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date when the petitioner presenting himself before the respondent no. 2.
It is made clear that the candidature of the petitioner shall not be rejected on the ground that the petitioner has knock knee in terms of the medical report, which has been obtained, in the case of the petitioner.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
