Counsel for the applicant submitted that Principal of the Medical College is the competent authority to adjudge the claim of the applicant for grant of compassionate appointment but by oversight a direction has been issued to Principal Superintendent (Mukhya Adhikshak), Sardar Ballabh Bhai Patel, Medical College, Meerut to decide the claim. He therefore, prays for withdrawal of the contempt application with liberty to seek correction in the order dated 30.5.2018.
The contempt application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty in terms of prayer made.
