The petitioners (12 in numbers) claim to be students of fourth respondent- institution. By means of instant writ petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs:
"A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2, 3 & 4 to produce the answer copies of the IVth paper, i.e. Environmental Education and Disaster Management of the petitioners before this Hon'ble Court bearing roll numbers
2012337286009 respectively.
B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2, 3 & 4 to get the copies of the IVth paper, i.e., Environmental Education and Disaster Management to re-examined with a competent/qualified examiner. "
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners can obtain their copies under the Right to Information Act and, thereafter, take remedy in accordance with law.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of directing that in the event such an application is filed before competent authority, the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
