Heard learned counsel for parties and perused the order sheet.
The Court finds no ground to frame any peremptory directions for expeditious disposal of Marriage Case No. 562 of 2016 (Nitin Goyal Vs. Smt. Ruchi Bansal) pending before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar bearing in mind the facts that the opposite party has already appeared and is regularly attending the proceedings. It is further evident that the matter thereafter has lingered on account of the ensuing pandemic.
In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court again in case the disposal of the matter is inordinately delayed.
