Mr. Sumit Pandey, learned counsel for the revisionist has informed that controversy was arisen out due to matrimonial dispute in between the revisionist and the opposite party No.2. He further submitted that now, the issue has been resolved in the pending proceeding of Section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act, which is pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bulandshahar, therefore, he does not want to press the revision.
Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the present revision is dismissed as withdrawn.
Office is directed to transmit the lower court record of the present criminal revision to the court concerned forthwith.
