This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the first respondent to dispose the appeal dated 14.10.2017 filed by the petitioner's deceased brother.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
