The petitioner has approached this Court alleging harassment. It is inter alia contended that the petitioner had entered into a hypothecation agreement with the second respondent and has purchased a vehicle KL-39-C- 8585. The petitioner owes certain amount to the third respondent. The complaint of the petitioner is that at the instance of the third respondent, the second respondent, without any authority, has called upon the petitioner to produce the car before the police station.
2. The learned State Attorney, on instruction, would submit that no such complaint had been received by the Police and the Police has not taken any action in the matter.
WP(C).35050/14 2 Taking into consideration the above submission made by the learned State Attorney, we do not think that any case of harassment by the Police is available. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
